Jerry, thank you for your very kind response. I too am a Vietnam veteran (68–69, MACV adviser, Mekong Delta, Cambodian border). Combat definitely instilled in me a strong appreciation for clear understandable language. After 49 years as a software engineer/architect, I work very hard to be clear and unambiguous when I communicate.

We’re finding that the world of cloud computing is filled with marketing hype, misinformation, ignorance, and misconceptions. We are trying to very hard to find a way to cut through that fog.
