No, I'm not OK with the death and misery the massive corporations that control health insurance cause. I just think that gunning people down in the streets is a risky and futile way to fix the problem.
As a former soldier I often had to kill people. I do not recommend it as a form of political action. Historically, it never ends up the way its perpetrators expect.
If we can save representative democracy from the ravages of another Trump administration, I would recommend that Americans get out and vote. As a rule only 40% of Americans bother in 3 out of 4 election cycles.
An informed (which takes work) and committed electorate is still the best way to make things happen. Lazy voters leave policy up to campaign doners and corporate lobbyists.
